Bwah, you have less football acumen then howie's 9 year old kid even he was wondering why he was traded.
Yeah. He's so amazing, he plays 40% of their defensive snaps - on the outside. Which means you have to have a starting outside CB with the ability to play well inside to even use him the way they do.

Read your own post cosmo, having that kind of versatility is INVALUABLE. He is better then anyone of the eagles cb's except maybe mills!
This post makes no sense, so I'm not sure how to respond. Rowe has virtually NO versatility and Mills played worse than Carroll so that's an odd assessment. By your logic, Nolan Carroll should be a future HoFer. Shit, the Eagles held Pittsburgh to 3 points and he was actually starting.
Rowe played "OK" against 2nd and 3rd WRs in a win and now he's suddenly a solid starting CB, despite the fact that Belichick plays him as their 3rd CB at best? On a team that has been rotating FA CBs for a few years now?
My point is, Rowe wasn't a scheme fit here anymore. You're acting like he's Patrick Peterson or Revis or some player that transcends schemes. He's not. He's a stiff, press man corner that can't cover in space. He needs the sideline. Is he better overall than McKelvin? Probably. But I'm not going to lose sleep over it.
