I have a couple of questions. Is the laceration a result of the rib injury? How bad is it? Could he re-injure it?

I think it's most realistic to assume that Ertz is out for a while.

His rib is fractured or cracked not a complete break. Kidney I think as I read is a separate issue. He is day to day, but then again so was Jordan Howard.

He's absolutely done for the year.

This season is ridiculous... never seen anything like it.

WENTZ IS AND WILL BE THE FRANCHISE QB, AS HE SHOULD BE......

THAT BEING SAID, IF HIS PASS TO ERTZ ON THAT PLAY, WAS ON TARGET AND NOT A SKYBALL HE WOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN THAT HIT.

THIS INJURY IS 100% ON WENTZ.

No other way to say it, it was a "Hospital Ball". But let's go Wentz and Co!

Isn’t this what almost killed Lindros when they missed it. Philadelphia has some of the finest hospitals in the country but can’t seem to find one competent medical staff for a team.

No as long as the kidney heals which should be 10 days his ribs are not going to keep him out he can wear a flap jacket.

That was a punctured lung. He would have died if he flew home.

It takes 10 days for a lacerated kidney to heal. He will be back next week.
