IMO, they have gone too far into the "make big plays" side of things.

Exactly and I question the descision to throw on third down on Hurts last pick. I understand trying to get the first down on that drive but one you got to third and long you are better served by burning clock, pinning them deep and relying on the defense for a stop. They had no time outs left.

I hate not playing for one last first and ending it then and there. But throwing on third and long after two consecutive clock killing runs made absolutely no fucking sense.
