Also uncomfortable - watching Clowney cry for 20 minutes after getting picked 1st overall, as if anyone didn't fucking see that coming.

Shut up, bitch. You didn't even play last year because you knew you were going #1.

Don't try to sell me this humility bullshit.

but if the description fits, then so be it. I welcome those that disagree with me. We can have a debate or discussion about it, and I'm actually fine with that. We're not here to all agree at the same time, but it's not hard to tell when a discussion goes from just a disagreement to being taken in another direction. You know what's funny though ? After all of the debate, and comments, and shit talking, no one has been able to say why what was shown with Michael Sam was over the top, but the emotions of the other draftees being shown was just fine, other than Michael Sam kissed his boyfriend. As I've stated before, if any other draft pick does the same thing with a woman, no one is calling that moment over the top, IMO.

Smashing cake in each others face followed by kissing and smearing the cake all over each others face? Yea, I'd say that is over the top.

One that he's worked extremely hard for. He's celebrating that goal being achieved. When you get a call from and NFL team telling you that they want you to be a part of that team, smashing cake in someone's face is hardly an over the top celebration, IMO. That is, unless you smash cake in your boyfriend's face....

It appears Howie & Company aren't the only ones reaching this last week. You're a tool.

but my position still stands, and you have yet to answer the simple question of why Michael Sam's reaction was over the top.

You're joking right? Your irrational defense of this is starting to sound like Andy Reid endlessly repeating that "this is Stacy Andrews day" immediately after cutting Dawk.

WHY ? Why was his reaction over the top ? Is it because he kissed his boyfriend, or is it because he shouldn't have acted so happy to be drafted by an NFL team ? Are you telling me that had you been drafted, you wouldn't have kissed your wife or girlfriend and celebrated ?

EDIT : You call it, irrational defense. What is there to defend, except the fact that ESPN showed two men kissing on televison ?
