In following this team for more than a half century now I have never seen anything as ballsy or nuts, as we have seen in the past few days. Kelly is either a genius or and imbecile -- and he's our genius or imbecile.

This is gong to be a hell of a ride, good or bad, and I guarantee nobody will be falling asleep during games as many people did in the waning years of the Reid era.

Pro football is entertainment...and this is only the off-season. Personally, I like a coach around here who --rightly or wrongly-- put his balls on the line to try to make a decent team into a Super Bowl contender. Hell, its not like we have tasted a Super Bowl championship and have anything to lose. Personally, I am still totally on board the Chip Ship. IF it runs aground, it ran aground trying to do something great.

yeah man, i'm actually pretty excited. i'm a foles fluffer...but i'm pretty excited now to see what bradford can do now....he has legit talent so it should be cool.

if they can run well enough and keep him to 30 or less passes...that could mean their offense will be pretty fucking crazy.

I've been there right alongside you all these years, wishing and hoping and praying that THIS will be the year. You and I have suffered through more lean years than these kids we call Board Brothers have been alive -- so I known exactly what you're saying.

I still think Kelly is a fool for getting rid of Desean Jackson and getting nothing in return, for letting Jeremy Maclin get away and getting nothing in return, and for trading Shady and getting a cripple in return.

But you're right -- Kelly is our fool and if nothing else, these last few weeks have kept the subject matter firmly on the reason this strange disjointed group of reprobates gathers here day in and day out.

Thanks for bringing me back to reality -- for helping me remember all this. I needed the verbal kick in the teeth.

I know how it is with most people, but I'm not like that. Some folks would rather backseat drive and be miserable. Me, I like to relax and enjoy the ride. It's not like I can do anything about it.

Been a crazy week. Still don't like the Bradford move at all. Giving up that 2 was just stupid.

Feel like we lost that trade bc of that. And I hate losing.

It's foreskinnerish to think wins and losses at this juncture.

I'm feeling better about it. But camp and preseason will be the real tell. If healthy, Bradford is arguably better than Foles. At worst (again, health not withstanding), it's a wash.

Chip's system seems to work with this type of QB. Nobody seems to remember that Foles and Sanchez were pretty much written off as mediocre before they grew into the Kelly offense.

I totally agree with this post. Did not feel the team as previously constructed could win the Lombardi. Hope these guys can stay healthy but I am excited for this team this year. Get a deep threat WR, a NFL caliber safety and bolster the OL and I think the off-season will be a success.
