Seems like a good dude. And I'm wondering what kind of personal kick in the balls you'd express if you ended up watching him underperform under the current regime. (Not saying that he would.)

Incognito wants some top tier coin. Pass. I'm out on Mathis, too.

I like the idea of Evans.

          Bwahaha! That's funny.

All kidding aside: Sanu is a quality individual. (and a talented player) The dude even has a couple of touchdown PASSES in this league, one of them being a 73 yarder!!! I could just hear Merrill Reese now!

I just think we have 3 high-character DEs with talent already.

Even if Mario Williams would be better than them, there are other areas that are bigger needs, and can be filled for less money with non-complainers.

And for the record, if Rex offered me a contact, yes, I would sign it.

              OK, I'm down.

Bring back the local kid (Jahri), draft the best offensive lineman with your first pick and almost every pick thereafter. Watch our man Sam shred defenses.

There is nothing, I mean NOTHING like....

...getting pressure on the other team's quarterback. It has a ripple effect that runs through your defense AND your offense.

That's awesome. He was a stud in college. No doubt. I'd love to sign him.

I'm down with Jahri Evans, too. Probably would pass on Williams. We have enough talent there without taking a gamble. I'm with you though - draft best OL available at 13 and OL or d back thereafter with a qb in there, too.

Almost as long as Bradford's career best of 80!

Other than that no chance I'm signing 99% of the guys out there. It blows up in your face more often than solves a problem.

These are my feelings as well. Sign an OL or 2...build through the draft. That's the only way you get it done.

Both Pederson and Reid spent time in the GB system as laid out by Ron Wolf
Wolf's strategy was to draft the offense so they all grow together and use FA and trades to patch the defense. Defensive playbook is much smaller and its easier to assimilate outsiders. I'm not saying this method is better or worse than any other, I'm just saying that both of those guys were influenced by it early in their careers. Pederson has also been working under Wolf protege John Dorsey, the GM in KC. So don't be surprised if they draft a college OT in the mid-rounds and turn him into a future guard.

I typically value Kempski's opinion. I would love to see them sign a mid-level OG and S, and then focus on the draft.

Be a good addition for what that's worth. I like his game and I don't think he's hit his ceiling yet.
