Sports Science has nothing to do with ligaments.

So you thought it would prevent 100% of injuries? This is childish. They shouldn't invest in player health?

Yes they shouldn't if the investment is in the 21st century pseudointellectual goo-goo equivalent of leeches and mercury.

Based on all the muscle injuries so soon after camp you could easily infer some of Chip's methods are counterproductive.

Not that I really want to get into this but sleep and a good diet are hardly leeches and mercury.

EDITED TO ADD: Although coming from a "Winnie the Pooh looking sonofabitch" is a tad hypocritical.

I'm just saying that two weeks out of camp and all the hamstring and groin injuries, an objective person might be moved to ask is that just lousy coincidence or some other reason.

So your contention is that getting sleep and staying hydrated is somehow negatively affecting muscle recovery?

Certainly doesn't appear to be very effective in preventing these injuries.

Of course I'm not saying that.
