To me, Ingram has the ability to be a Durant-type scorer. That's a nice ceiling. Simmons probably has an even higher ceiling if he has the desire to reach his potential - he needs to put in the work to be a better shooter and a serious defender. I guess it's up to the Sixers to determine if Simmons has that MJ/Kobe/Lebron desire within him. If so, he probably should be the pick, if not, Ingram should be a star as well. Not a bad problem to have.

It's all about they impression they when they get to talk to him. I'm sure he'd rather play in LA as it would be more lucrative. I can't blame him for that at all. The question is, can he commit to bringing Philadelphia a championship. If they believe the answer is yes, then he probably is the right pick. I just remain skeptical about that part of it."Listen to McCarthy" - Art Vandelay

Exactly. This kid couldn't even will his team into the tourney.
Let alone win it.
He may be more Marvin Hamlish than Marvin Barnes.
Mo Howard than Mo Cheeks.
Larry Fine than Larry Bird.
Curley than Curley Neal.John Erlichman, one of President Richard Nixon's closest aides, has admitted America's "War on Drugs" was a hoax designed to vilify and disrupt "the antiwar left and black people" when it was launched in 1971.
